PowerDNS Supported Operating Systems 

PowerDNS supports its open source products, as well as the commercial software that provides extended and enhanced capabilities, on various operating systems. Please make sure that you install PowerDNS products on supported versions only. The latest supported operating systems are listed below.

Note that we also provide PowerDNS Cloud Control as a commercial product, which enables deployment using Kubernetes and containers, thus removing dependencies on particular Linux distributions. More details on Cloud Control dependencies are listed in our documentation: see Cloud Control Compatibility.

PowerDNS Recursor
